Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize corporate events such as conferences, meetings, and employee engagement activities to meet business objectives and requirements.
  • Manage events budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions to maximize ROI.
  • Develop event timelines and schedules, and oversee event logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that event objectives and requirements are met.
  • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and post-event evaluations to measure success.
  • Manage event promotions and invitations to increase attendee engagement.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies for corporate events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and corporate hospitality to remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Public Relations.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in corporate event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Google Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings as required by event schedules.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
