Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Manager to join our team at Australian Outsource Desk Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper with a strong background in managing financial transactions and records.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. They will also manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with superannuation and ATO requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with superannuation and ATO requirements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts in MYOB and Xero.
  • Prepare and submit BAS and other tax-related documents in line with ATO standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and reports.
  • Assist with end-of-month and end-of-year financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience with Australian clients.
  • Proficiency in MYOB and Xero accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of ATO regulations, superannuation, and payroll requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including additional leave, company events, health insurance, and on-site parking.
