The Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking a skilled B2B Outreach Specialist to join our team.
Job OverviewThe B2B Outreach Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential business clients, generating leads, creating outreach strategies, and managing communication to drive business growth.
This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify and connect with potential business clients.
- Utilize multiple channels such as email, social media, phone calls, and networking events to establish relationships.
- Research and analyze potential markets, industries, and companies to identify opportunities for business partnerships.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to present solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Craft compelling messaging and outreach content with the marketing team.
- Track and report on outreach performance metrics, including response rates and conversions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, outreach, or lead generation roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms.
The salary for this position is approximately Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month, depending on experience.
