
Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Scheduling Professional who can deliver outstanding customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling estimators and service technicians efficiently, answering inbound calls promptly and professionally, and delivering a positive customer experience through attentive service and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Schedule appointments, estimations, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assign and route digital marketing leads to the appropriate business units.
- Maintain and update client files in an organized manner.
- Assist with pricing inquiries and respond to customers across multiple platforms.
- Microsoft Office: 2+ years of experience required.
- Administrative Experience: 2+ years of experience required.
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Service Titan, or similar tools preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional phone presence.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
