Technical Support Role

We are seeking a technical support professional to provide high-quality assistance to customers with technical issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity problems.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to senior support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services and system updates.
  • Achieve performance targets related to resolution time, customer satisfaction and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers and common software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT would be an asset
