
Remote Guest Experience Team Lead

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional service to our guests. This involves managing a remote team of guest experience specialists, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues in real-time.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 3-10 guest experience specialists to ensure seamless service delivery during each shift.
- Work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with two consecutive weekdays off as your weekend.
- Maintain accountability for team metrics and those of direct reports, striving for productivity, efficiency, and quality goals.
- Oversee guest communications and personalized service, providing support via multiple channels.
- Resolve escalated guest issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage reservations calendars and booking platforms.
- Support trust and safety tasks.
- Contribute to policy adherence and new technology implementation.
- Ensure system adherence, oversight, and process documentation.
- Schedule team shifts for 24/7 coverage aligned with issue volume and specialist availability.
We are looking for individuals with 3+ years of service industry experience, including 2+ years of management experience in customer service teams, call centers, or similar roles.
