Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex tax work, including individual, business, trust, and non-profit returns
  • Mentor junior staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Communicate with clients via email, ensuring prompt responses to documentation and questions
  • Analyze complex tax situations, identifying issues, risks, and planning opportunities
  • Utilize digital tools to manage workflow and client communication seamlessly
  • Collaborate with partners on advanced planning and high-level tax matters
  • Participate in daily team meetings, contributing to planning initiatives
  • Mentor junior team members, assuming growing leadership responsibilities
Requirements
  • Strong experience preparing multiple types of tax returns independently, with a focus on 1040 and QuickBooks
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
  • Exceptional written English communication skills
  • Self-motivated and career-driven, interested in long-term growth
  • Comfortable with digital tools and modern workflow systems
  • Familiarity with ProSeries or similar tax software is a plus
  • Ready to work extended hours during busy season (January–April)
  • Leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others
