Job Title: Virtual Assistant Manager

Overview:

The Virtual Assistant Manager plays a vital role in our organization, overseeing and guiding a team of remote assistants to meet the high expectations of clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving as Virtual Assistant Manager to meet client targets
  • Collaborating with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Virtual Assistant pairs
  • Supporting clients in growing their businesses with the help of our services as Virtual Assistant Manager
  • Effective management of medical Virtual Assistant pairs
  • Managing client needs with our services (Mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related field preferred
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (Operational Processes)
  • Highly proficient in English language (written and oral)
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a team environment
  • Focused, organized, and has a growth mindset
  • Experience in Training and Development preferred but not required
  • Think outside the box: understand requirements and create solutions if necessary
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite
  • Open to working flexible hours, including night shifts
