Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the service industry.
  • 2+ years of management experience, specifically managing customer service teams or call centers.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative skills are necessary for success.

  • Developed direct reports and contributed to achieving Guest Experience Quality, Efficiency, and Productivity goals.
  • Helped establish foundational SOPs to elevate our level of service.
