Service Ambassador

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Attending to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and answering questions to the best of one's ability
- Redirecting customers to relevant departments when necessary
- Collecting customer feedback and handling reviews
- 3-5+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO - North American Account
- 1 Year experience working with Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
- A reliable internet connection - No Pocket Wifi
- Full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development
