Customer Support Ambassador

This is a key role in providing top-notch customer support to clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people, comfortable switching gears quickly, and have a strong passion for customer service.

Job Description:

  • The Customer Support Ambassador will respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone calls to help resolve their problems.
  • The successful candidate will clarify the customer's needs, determine the cause of the issue, select and explain the best solution, then follow-up to ensure the issue is resolved.
  • The role involves participating in writing excellent help documentation—both for internal use and for our customers.
  • The ambassador will escalate bugs to our technical support team.
  • They will work on specialized projects as they become more comfortable in the role.
  • The representative must become a power user of our product before supporting others.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • English is the primary language with secondary languages being a plus.
  • The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform (or equivalent).
  • They can translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The ability to learn new software platforms quickly is vital.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize several different projects.
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms.
