Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact by providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a remote customer service agent. In this position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Documenting interactions and updating customer records as necessary
  • Staying up-to-date with training and updates on products and services offered

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work from home experience
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • High speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee may be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. May move about the office and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
