Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team in Cebu. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to address customer needs.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualities:
- At least 6 months of experience in a BPO setting.
- Good English communication skills.
- Customer service representative and customer support skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Salary and Benefits
This full-time on-site role offers a competitive salary range of up to 23,000, depending on the campaign.
