About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted right-hand person to a CEO, providing operational support and project management expertise. This role requires someone who can effectively manage day-to-day operations, timelines, and external partnerships while ensuring seamless communication and event coordination.

Key responsibilities include managing inboxes, calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting minutes, CRM maintenance, shared drives organisation, guest lists compilation, event planning, member onboarding, and partner communications.

  • Organise and coordinate projects, meetings, and events with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure efficient information sharing.
  • Develop and implement effective workflows, checklists, and project trackers to enhance productivity.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Operations Specialist, Chief of Staff, or Executive Assistant positions at mid–senior level.
  • Proven organisational and project management skills, with proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom).
  • Excellent reporting and presentation-building skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and priorities tasks efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
