Role Overview

As a trusted partner to the CEO, this senior-level professional will play a critical role in leading initiatives, stewarding company culture, and driving strategic growth.

This individual will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, email, and priorities, as well as supporting social media presence and thought leadership efforts. They will also coordinate board meetings, facilitate leadership team meetings, and organize cultural initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System and be skilled in using AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. They will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the professionalism and confidence to work directly with the board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, email, and priorities to ensure focus on high-impact work
  • Support social media presence and thought leadership efforts through content research and drafting
  • Coordinate board meetings, leadership team meetings, and cultural initiatives
Requirements
  • Current DOXA high performer with at least 12 months of experience and a track record of excellence
