Training Manager for Customer Experience

The BPO Operations Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of our business processes and procedures, as well as strong training delivery and coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our business processes and procedures to effectively train agents.
- Training Delivery: Design and deliver training programs that cater to the needs of our customer service teams.
- Soft Skills Training: Conduct soft skills training sessions to improve communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills among agents.
- Coaching and Feedback: Provide regular coaching and feedback to agents to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in a BPO training function.
- Skillset: Excellent interpersonal, English communication, and writing skills. Should have an eye for detail and possess coaching and feedback skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
