Customer Experience Specialist

Your Role
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will act as the frontline support and link between customers and businesses. You will be responsible for resolving product issues, answering account and billing questions, and making new sales in consumer sales. In business-to-business sales, you will solve specific product quality or integration issues, working closely with an account manager or sales representative. To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, customer service experience, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum six (6) months of direct customer service experience in a BPO setting is required.
- Excellent proficiency in communicating in the English language.
- Exceptional listening skills and negotiating skills.
- Calm, composed, and empathetic in addressing customer needs.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing work conditions.
- Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly.
