We seek a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic sales team. The BDM will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, setting appointments, and initiating the early stages of the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about sales. They will:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Qualify outbound leads to determine their fit and potential as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
