What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Confident communicator and persuasive negotiator
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using digital tools and working remotely
- Interested in digital design, branding, or web development
- Sales or marketing background is a plus
- Open to feedback and collaborative across teams
- Committed to building a long-term career with us
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop outreach strategies and deliver presentations that align client needs with our digital solutions
- Stay on top of leads, follow-ups, and timelines to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Meet assigned sales quota through effective client acquisition and deal closing
- Bridge client needs and internal execution to ensure smooth, high-quality project delivery
- Contribute to marketing efforts through strategic event partnerships, social media initiatives, and digital campaign support
- Primarily work-from-home setup with occasional in-person engagements
- Commission-based earnings on top of base pay
- Work with a creative team creating digital solutions that help brand grow
- Opportunities to learn, grow, and take ownership of client projects
