The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor/Manager to lead the sales function and drive sustainable business growth. This role provides the opportunity to work with an exceptional portfolio of luxury products and build strong relationships within the design and construction industries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Establish and grow partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.
  • Negotiate and close high-value business deals, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and showroom teams to execute product launches, promotions, and client engagement events.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business strategies to senior management.

The Person
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in building materials, home finishing products, or other premium/luxury goods.
  • Strong leadership background with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Established network with architects, designers, contractors, and real estate developers is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, driven, and adept at handling high-value accounts.
