
Digital Sales Executive

As a Digital Solutions Manager, your main performance indicator is to drive revenue growth by developing and selling innovative digital advertising and media solutions to clients. You will identify client needs, create tailored digital strategies, and build strong client relationships. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service that aligns with the client's business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, mentoring junior sales executives, and managing key client relationships.
Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential clients within the assigned business unit (agency or direct). Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for digital advertising needs.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital advertising solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Such as but not limited to Innity's proprietary ads, social media campaigns, Google campaigns, Influencer and content marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Help plan and implement comprehensive sales strategies together with the Business Unit Head / Head of Sales, aligning with the company\'s goals and market opportunities. Identify new business opportunities and create plans to capture them.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and competitor activities to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company's digital solutions offerings. Participate in pitching and presenting to potential clients.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness together with the Business Operations team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Operations (Strategy, Ad Operations, Creatives, Business Development, and account management teams) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Training & Development: Continuously improve your knowledge of digital advertising and media sales through training and professional development opportunities.
- Team Support: Potentially mentor new hires of digital solutions executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, programmatic, influencer and content marketing, and search.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in digital marketing, media, creative agency, or any related field is a plus.
- Experience in client relationships and account management
- Experience in key account management or leadership roles is a plus.
