Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the business.
  • Built strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design and estimation departments, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with customers, ensuring timely completion of projects and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the structural steel industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil, mechanical engineering, and architecture, with ability to read and understand structural drawings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and drive business growth.
