We're seeking a Sales Compensation Professional to join our Rewards Team at a leading employee experience platform.

In this strategic role, you'll design, analyze, and administer sales compensation programs that support business growth and reward excellence in high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Calculating, reviewing, and processing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payments
  • Administering and analyzing sales compensation and commission programs for the global commercial organization
  • Serving as the operational and subject matter expert on all things sales compensation
  • Supporting the development, communication, and rollout of new sales incentive plans and commission structures
  • Modeling, simulating, and forecasting plan changes to assess impact and make data-driven recommendations

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, incentive plan administration, and/or revenue operations in a SaaS/tech environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience administering and configuring sales compensation management software is preferred
  • A strong understanding of sales compensation best practices, quota assignment, and SaaS revenue models
  • Exposure to global compensation practices and a deep focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
