Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field, with a minimum of four years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.

  • Create complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Engage and communicate confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.
  • Partner with Finance teams on accruals, reporting, and operating cadence.
  • Calculate and maintain performance dashboards.
  • Act as subject matter expert on sales compensation, providing expertise and strategic guidance to stakeholders.
About the Role
  • Owning and overseeing the data, processes, and controls that ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.
  • Supporting the monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Addressing complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly.
  • Maintaining sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence.

This individual will collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions, document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits, and provide ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders.
