System Operations Expert

The System Operations Expert will serve as the systems owner, integrator, and optimization lead across all platforms powering the business infrastructure.

You will be responsible for managing and refining our tech stack—from workflow management to automation integrations that support hiring, onboarding, and sales operations efficiency.

This role is for someone who loves solving system challenges, thrives in no-code/low-code environments, and wants to own backend systems that create real business results.

  • Own admin setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms:
    • Workflow Management Systems
    • Recruiting Tools
  • Collaboration & File Management: Microsoft 365, Dropbox, LastPass
  • Operations & Payroll: Gusto, DocuSign, Monday.com
  • Build, manage, and optimize workflow automation rules, and reporting dashboards
  • Troubleshoot user issues and execute system updates or configuration changes
  • Support Recruiting with applicant tracking logic and hiring funnel setup
  • Use Zapier and native integrations to automate tasks and connect data across platforms
  • Document platform usage SOPs and train internal users on new features or tools
  • Manage permissioning, user setup, and tech hygiene for compliance
  • Research and recommend new tools as the business scales
