Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to improve processes and systems.


Job Description:

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to optimize business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry and pipeline tracking.
  • Oversee and optimize key business processes related to property acquisition and disposition.
  • Shadow leadership closely to learn and eventually take over operational responsibilities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven operational experience within the real estate industry, specifically in property acquisition and disposition.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, with demonstrated comfort using FreedomSoft or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing and improving business processes and SOPs.
  • Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
