Job Overview

The Operations Manager role plays a pivotal part in spearheading operational functions, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This critical position is responsible for aligning strategies with the company's vision, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline operations and enhance productivity by analyzing current processes and implementing improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring alignment with company values, goals, and performance standards.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO setting or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
  • Basic IT skills, including experience with databases, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus.
