Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale our remote operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong finance and bookkeeping background, as well as proven operations management experience, with the ability to build efficient systems and oversee diverse operational functions.

Job Description

We're looking for someone who can foster a collaborative remote work culture, recruit and onboard new team members, and provide strategic guidance and performance management for a team of 4-8 operations specialists.

The successful candidate will also oversee bookkeeping and accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitor and optimize cash flow, budgeting processes, and annual planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage a team of operations specialists covering business operations, accounting/HR, administrative support, sales/marketing support, and business technology
  • Provide strategic guidance, performance management, and professional development for team members with diverse skill sets
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

5+ years of operations management experience, preferably managing remote or distributed teams

Strong finance and bookkeeping background with hands-on experience in financial operations and compliance

Experience managing HR functions, including recruiting, payroll, and compliance, and managing external consultants and vendors across multiple disciplines
