Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our retention marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that drive results.

About the Role
  1. This role involves designing and implementing email marketing automation campaigns to engage clients and improve customer relationships.
  2. You will monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure error-free launches and continuous improvements.
  3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver on-brand, timely, and cost-effective projects.
  4. Tracking and analyzing email KPIs, campaign outcomes, and competitor activity will inform strategic recommendations.
  5. Effective communication with clients through regular calls and presentations is crucial to align strategies with business goals.
  6. A small team management aspect includes coaching, onboarding, and training junior staff members.
  7. Contributing to internal knowledge-building and service development by refining processes and updating training resources is also part of this role.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 4 years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards)
  • Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution
  • Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines
  • Proven experience managing teams; prior experience leading remote teams is an advantage
