Job Overview

Perform clerical duties for financial document review, processing and maintenance.

Location: Remote

Schedule: US Hours – 8am to 5pm EST (8pm to 5am PH time)

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, process, and maintain basic accounting or construction-related documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the office staff to assist with multiple tasks and provide administrative support.
  • Ensure all office documents are properly filed, organized, and maintained both physically and digitally.
  • Process payments to subcontractors promptly and accurately, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Verify invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment is made.
  • Enter invoices into the system daily in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established protocols.
  • Manage purchase order invoices and act as primary point of contact between internal and external parties to resolve any arising issues.
  • Prepare and manage accurate records, utilizing effective document preparation and records management techniques.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist.
  • Basic data entry skills, proficiency with the E360 platform is required.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to work challenges.
  • Proficient computer and business solutions software skills.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Able to perform accurate calculations and verify data integrity.
  • Preparation of basic reports and utilization of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications.
