
Lease Documentation Specialist

Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Lease Document Coordinator to support our lease documentation process. The successful candidate will prepare, review, and manage lease-related documents in accordance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and process lease documents including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs), and Amendments using document management tools
- Evaluate lease terms, financial obligations, and equipment details before finalizing documents
- Maintain compliance with internal standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies
- Use standardized templates and ensure dual-language compliance when required
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative role
- Experience with document management, processing, and creation is preferred
- Ability to manage high email traffic and intra-office communications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment is preferred
