Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial operations tasks for the marketing team, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and data entry.
  • Enter invoices into MYOB company spreadsheet and categorize them by department and portfolio depending on expenditure.
  • Process and reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Input data into various systems and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounts administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook) and intermediate level in MS Excel.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and show high attention to detail.
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Motivated team player with a willingness to help others and flexible manner.
  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible.
  • Accountable and takes ownership of tasks and role.
