Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Development Specialist to contribute to the expansion of our client's business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect potential clients through phone calls and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary prospect information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a business development specialist or in a sales support role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools for call management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to achieve targets.
  • Capacity to articulate technical concepts and value propositions clearly over the phone.
