Job Opportunity

Seeking a results-driven appointment setter to connect with decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling. The ideal candidate will engage, build rapport, and set qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to targeted healthcare practices, dental & orthodontic clinics, hearing health & audiology centers, physical therapy & rehab facilities, and other related businesses
  • Send personalized messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest
  • Qualify prospects using our proven outreach framework
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in our systems
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and messaging, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals
  • Follow established scripts while adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach
  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
  • Stable internet connection and professional work environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations
