Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct initial conversations with prospects, understand their needs, and position the company's offerings effectively.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team by engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in healthcare tech or working with medical professionals.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle objections and think on their feet during conversations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Notion.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • A track record of exceeding quotas in an SDR or BDR role.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure messaging.
  • Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, Slack, AI interfaces, dashboards).
