Investor Relations Specialist Job Description

This role involves identifying and qualifying potential investors to enable the leadership team to focus on relationship-building and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop prospect lists of potential investors, LPs, and partners through thorough research
  • Implement outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and direct calls to engage with prospects
  • Nurture leads until they are qualified for executive engagement, ensuring timely communication
  • Coordinate with leadership to schedule meetings and track pipeline progress, maintaining accurate records in CRM and investor databases
  • Support prospecting efforts for investor briefings, roadshows, and webinars as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A background in business development or financial services is highly valued, along with excellent communication and networking skills
  • Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools is essential
  • The ability to work in an investor-facing environment with a results-driven attitude and persistence is crucial
