We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Technical Drafter to join our team.

Job Summary

This role involves working collaboratively with architects and engineers to ensure design concepts are accurately translated into technical drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate will excel in preparing detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation using Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit.
  • Construction Documentation: Prepare construction detailing and spec sheets with a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs.
  • Revision Control: Revising and updating drawings based on feedback and design changes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on all drafting work to ensure precision and compliance with design intent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing.
  • Skill Set: Extensive experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets, proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools such as AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes, knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
