We are seeking an experienced
Senior Accounting Manager
to lead and oversee our accounting operations and production team. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, control, and the ability to train, guide, and mentor senior staff while driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and oversee financial statements and reports
  • Provide leadership and guidance to senior accountants and advisors
  • Proactively identify and resolve financial and operational issues
  • Monitor production performance to ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
  • Manage multiple entities while supervising the team's output
  • Lead, train, and upskill accounting staff to strengthen overall capability
  • Drive accountability, accuracy, and efficiency across financial operations
  • Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business goals

Qualifications:

  • CPA designation required
  • 5–15 years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience
  • Strong background in managing multi-entity operations
  • Proven experience leading accounting production teams
  • Ability to effectively train, mentor, and gain respect from senior professionals
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

Salary Range: PHP 175,000 – 200,000 per month (depending on experience)
