Our company is seeking a skilled professional to oversee all payroll processing and administration.

Job Description

This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, including data input, wage calculations, and transaction processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire payroll process, from data entry to payment processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.
  • Review and approve payroll runs before finalizing payments.
  • Oversee payroll-related tasks, such as new hire setup, employee deductions, garnishments, and wage adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure payroll data integrity in the system.
  • Process payroll corrections and adjustments as needed.
  • Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax withholding requirements, reporting obligations, and filing deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax returns, including W-2 forms and quarterly filings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of previous payroll processing experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
