Job Description:

  • You will lead a team of workforce professionals supporting multiple sites & transaction types, ensuring seamless coordination and effective resource allocation.
  • You will coach, train, and develop current and next-generation WFM professionals to excel in their roles.
  • You will analyze root causes of end-of-day performance issues and implement action plans to resolve them efficiently.
  • You will generate and analyze reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for stakeholders and the Dexcom leadership team.
  • You will identify opportunities for process improvements within and outside the WFM team.
  • You will serve as a key liaison for outage management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity.
