Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Project Manager to lead our engineering teams and drive the delivery of high-impact software and features that deliver value to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among team members
  • Maintain transparency and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress
  • Provide timely feedback to enhance stakeholder satisfaction
  • Promote agile values, principles, and practices within the organization
  • Orient, train, and mentor agile team members
  • Conduct agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc.
  • Support product owners in refining, arranging, and optimizing product backlogs
  • Remove obstacles hindering team progress
  • Refine and adjust agile practices for better software delivery
  • Coordinate release planning and deployment activities
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or similar role
    • Working knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Agile certification preferred
