As a senior testing leader, you will oversee the entire testing process across multiple projects. Your primary goal is to ensure that all project deliverables meet our high standards for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Identify and document bugs, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Design and implement efficient test scripts to maximize testing coverage.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to inform process improvements.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience leading testing activities and teams.
  • Proven expertise in developing test plans and writing test cases.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven individual.
  • Experience using JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and management is essential.
  • A background in automation testing is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation or other CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development through industry events and organizations.
