Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support our Engineering Teams and drive the delivery of high-quality software and features.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Collaboration Facilitator: Ensure seamless collaboration among team members through effective communication and open dialogue.
  • Progress Tracker: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and ensure they are up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Feedback and Coaching Expert: Provide timely feedback to stakeholders and coach team members to improve their performance and skills.
  • Agile Champion: Promote agile values, principles, and practices within the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Team Development Specialist: Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Scrum Ceremonies Coordinator: Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, and other activities that promote team collaboration and productivity.
  • Product Backlog Manager: Assist Product Owners in refining, arranging, and optimizing product backlogs to ensure the team is working on the most valuable tasks and delivering maximum value to customers.
  • Barriers Remover: Identify and remove roadblocks hindering team progress, ensuring they can deliver their best work without unnecessary obstacles.
  • Agile Practice Optimizer: Continuously assess and adjust Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery as needed.
