Key Project Leadership Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and participating in multiple projects while maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams, tasks, and external resources within defined tolerances.
  • Ensure the project team is adequately staffed and that necessary internal and external services are obtained to meet project objectives.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and standards related to system development and project life cycles.
  • Provide oversight of IT application and system analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders, users, and senior management, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
  • Define and document project requirements and objectives accurately.
  • Establish, build, and update project plans, manage deviations, and identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Act as a primary liaison between IT and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Present information clearly and convincingly through oral and written presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Proven knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in project budgeting, design, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Strong business analysis skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
  • Experience supervising matrix teams, contractors, and vendors with diverse skills and disciplines.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and leverage time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and focus on task completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Agile experience and certification.
  • Six Sigma certification.
