Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing real estate closings and title work, not just support roles within real estate management companies.

  • Handle all aspects of the transaction process, from initial contract review to final closing disclosure.
  • Review contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents and ensure timely submission of all paperwork.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all transaction documents and track deadlines throughout the process.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved in the transaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate transactions—not just administrative support for real estate firms.
  • Familiarity with title work, closings, and real estate documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with digital tools, email, and document handling platforms.
