Job Title Processor Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage all aspects of title processing for real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing real estate closings, reviewing contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documentation. They will also be responsible for coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and procedural requirements.

  • Review and verify contract details, title commitments, closing disclosures, and other relevant documents
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain necessary information and signatures
  • Ensure timely submission of all paperwork and communicate effectively with all parties involved
  • Manage digital records of transaction documents and maintain accurate tracking of deadlines and transaction statuses
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in real estate transactions, preferably in a title work or closing role
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient with digital tools, email, and document handling platforms
