Transaction Coordinator Role

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to own the transaction process from executed contract to closing, ensuring every detail is correct, and every party is informed.


You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and cooperating agents, always communicating with kindness, clarity, and urgency. Your proactive approach will enable you to identify potential problems early on and solve them proactively, protecting the client and the team.


Serving as a trusted resource to agents, you will free them to focus on client relationships while you handle the logistics. You will keep every transaction organized, documented, and compliant, while delivering a personal and human touch.


Constantly look for ways to improve the client and agent experience, and practice your craft to elevate your skills. A successful closing is about more than paperwork – it's about building trust with clients and agents along the way.


The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience coordinating real estate transactions in the U.S, 12+ months of remote work experience, mastery of transaction tools like Dotloop, DocuSign, ZipForm, MLS, and CRM platforms, and a proven system for managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
