Transaction Coordinator Role

You're a problem solver with excellent judgment, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions. You'll work closely with clients and agents to deliver world-class service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transaction processes from executed contract to closing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and cooperating agents.
  • Identify potential problems early and solve them proactively.
  • Act as a trusted resource to agents, freeing them to focus on client relationships.


As a Transaction Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to improve processes, develop new solutions, and continuously enhance your skills.



Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating real estate transactions in the US.
  • Mastery of transaction tools like Dotloop, DocuSign, ZipForm, MLS, and CRM platforms.
  • A proven system for managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
  • A service-first mindset: anticipate client and agent needs before they ask.
  • Calm under pressure and professional communication skills.
