Marketing Support Professional

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Marketing Support Professional to drive efficient marketing operations and contribute to our digital success. This individual will be responsible for building, editing, and scheduling weekly newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools.


The ideal candidate is experienced in technical e-commerce support and marketing operations, able to manage shifting priorities, and communicates effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, editing, and scheduling email campaigns with high-quality graphics
  • Ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
  • Providing regular progress updates and flagging bandwidth concerns as needed

Additional skills required include experience working with Shopify - uploading products, creating product pages, and writing SEO-optimized descriptions. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana is also essential.


Other key qualifications include prior experience in DTC e-commerce or CPG brand environments and strong attention to detail.


As a Marketing Support Professional, you will work closely with the team to coordinate task priorities and timelines, providing consistent status updates via Slack.


Key qualifications include:

  • Experience using design templates (Canva) and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop for custom graphics
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and meet strict publishing deadlines
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Prior experience with Figma for collaborative design projects
