E-Commerce & Consignment Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive and organized E-Commerce & Consignment Coordinator to manage our online stores (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee) for three brands — and handle consignment partnerships.

You'll oversee strategy, performance, and partner relations, while working with an E-Commerce Shop Assistant who handles technical tasks like product uploads and pricing updates.

Key Responsibilities

Online Store Management


• Oversee daily operations of Shopify, Lazada, and Shopee stores.


• Coordinate with the Shop Assistant on uploads, pricing, and promos.


• Monitor KPIs (sales, traffic, conversions) and prepare reports.


• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and handle escalated issues.

Consignment & Partnerships


• Onboard new brands to the Momzilla marketplace.


• Manage consignment of in-house brands (Milk Easy, Booboo Proof) with retail partners.


• Maintain partner relations, reports, and inventory movements.


• Reconcile sales, payments, and stock levels.

Marketing Campaigns


• Plan and coordinate sales and promo campaigns across platforms.


• Work with marketing for asset deployment.


• Track results and suggest improvements.

Inventory & Reporting


• Oversee stock across all platforms and partners.


• Coordinate replenishments with warehouse.


• Consolidate sales, campaign, and inventory reports for management.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.


• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or consignment management.


• Familiar with Shopify, Lazada, Shopee.


• Organized, with good team coordination skills.


• Strong communication and data analysis abilities.
